Meeting Room V1

boardroom 1 - 10

This meeting room is the left-hand, larger room of two rooms in the upper gallery of Viadukt Bogen D. It can be used for meetings of up to 10 people, e.g. for brainstorming or creative seminars. V1 is separated from the smaller meeting room V2 by a semi-transparent glass wall.

Bookable at least 2 weeks in advance.

    Meeting Room V1 + V2

    standing/theatre 1 - 20

    This large meeting room is a combination of rooms V1 and V2 in the upper gallery of Viadukt Bogen D. It can be used for meetings of up to 16 people, e.g. for seminars or workshops. The meeting room is separated from the rest of the arch by a semi-transparent glass wall.

    Bookable at least 2 weeks in advance.

    Community Salon

    Our beautiful Community Salon is not a classic meeting room and is the ideal place for community meetings and presentations. The Community Salon is a place for interaction and can be used for all kinds of networking meetings and group work. Please note that the room only has one daylight window.

    Kommandoraum

    theatre/ushape/boardroom/standing 10 - 50

    Historical charm for your meeting. The Kommandoraum in its original state from 1934.

    The Kommandoraum is the former control centre of the Selnau substation. The listed room, with lots of buttons to press, offers space for up to 50 people for meetings, brainstorming sessions, workshops and business meetings.

    Possible settings:

  • Theatre seating: 50 people
  • U-shaped seating: 25 people
  • Block table: 25 people
  • Table islands: 24 people
  • *Please note that the meeting room can be booked at the earliest one month before the event, as it is part of the large room below. It can be booked for a minimum of three hours or longer.
